Standard Cancellation Policy (Non-Members)
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-shows
I kindly request 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge of the session cost.
The same rule applies if you do not show up at your appointment.
If you reschedule more than twice, I may ask for prepayment of the third booking to protect calendar time.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to respect the schedule of me and other clients.
If you arrive with less than 50 minutes left of your appointment time, I reserve the right to not go ahead with the appointment. Arriving with less than 50 minutes left does not allow enough time for a meaningful treatment, including initial consultation, undressing/dressing, and the actual bodywork.
The full session fee still applies.
Members Cancellation Policy
As a member, you receive 10% off your monthly session, billed automatically at the start of each month. Your membership comes with its own cancellation rules:
Membership Cancellations & Rescheduling
Members may cancel or reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no penalty.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of that month’s session (no reschedule available).
No-shows also result in forfeiture of that month’s session.
In the case of genuine emergencies, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Grace Reschedule: Each member receives one grace reschedule per year for a late cancellation (within 24 hours) so that an unexpected circumstance doesn’t result in losing their session. After this grace reschedule is used, the standard membership rules apply.

I understand that unavoidable emergencies happen. If you experience such a situation, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to work with you.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made via your confirmation or reminder emails, or by phone, text, or email.
