Some of my most fulfilling work as a bodyworker is in supporting individuals who spend much of their time caring for others, whether that’s as a parent or as an unpaid carer for a family member or friend.

I understand that in the early months after your little one arrives, it can be hard to find a moment for yourself where you’re not needed to be present for them, or to find the childcare you need to take a couple of hours away from baby.

It brings me joy to remove this barrier to prioritising your own self-care at this time by bringing Inner Smile Massage to you.

I can travel to your home in Sheffield and the surrounding areas, bringing my beautiful setup to transform it into a retreat.

We can stop for feeds and cuddles as many times as you need. We can plan it around nap time. We can switch positions as much as you like to make you as comfortable as possible.

The minimum appointment time for these mobile sessions is 90 minutes (this doesn’t include the set-up and breakdown time), so that we have plenty of time and spaciousness, should we need to pause a few times throughout.

+ If you live more than 5 miles from S7, there will be a small fee added to cover travel

  • To ensure we have plenty of room in your home space, imagine setting up a single bed and having plenty of room to walk and manoeuvre around it. If you can picture this, we can make it work!

    My massage table is 211cm long and 71cm wide.

    It can be set up in any room in your home, but please keep in mind I’ll need to be able to carry my table into it (Folded Size: 92cm long x 71cm height x 23cm depth)

    Therefore, if it’s an attic room with a small, winding staircase, this may be a little more challenging! If this is the case, just get in touch and we can chat it through.

    So that you’re able to enjoy your treatment as much as possible, I would recommend making the space as clear and clean as you can, perhaps lighting a candle and adding some soft lighting.

    I will bring a speaker to play some peaceful, calming music/soundscapes that baby will enjoy too.

  • I will need around 10 minutes on either side of the appointment to set up/break down.

    There will also be 15 minutes added to your appointment time to allow plenty of time for a spacious consultation, and time to come back together to close the session afterwards.

    75-minute treatment: 110 minutes in total

    90-minute treatment: 125 minutes in total

    120-minute treatment: 155 minutes in total

  • This will be entirely led by you. The invitation is there to pause the treatment whenever you need.

    Whether that is to feed, to soothe and cuddle, or to go to the loo.

    There is no limit to this - the aim here is for you to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible, and to feel taken care of.
